Help. No fuel!

Help. No fuel! So I'm at the end of my redo of my LS1 turboed thridgen camaro and i seem to not have any fuel. I did not wire the car origanlly but i have located most of the wires (I think). *UPDATE*
Had fuel twice for line pressurization. had to change batterys now i have no fuel. Checked the pump with a hot wire to an extra battery and it came on. I cant find the relay for this cause its all custom wiring done by Hawksthirdgen. Any to re wire it? I know were it goes from the pump to the fuse block. After that not sure.

relay-Power,ground,trigger???? need to know if your pump is getting power and ground before you can condemn the pump. If it has been sitting for a while with old fuel it may have dried in the pump.
