Default Installing Hotwire kit questions

I got the racetronix pump & wiring kit, installed the pump successfully but having problems with the wiring kit. Didn't get instructions so I tried a search here, found great results so I went back under the car & the pics I found don't look anything like what I have.

On the new harness I have 2 plugs on one end (that I thought got plugged into the top of the pump area but one of the plugs don't match???) So where does that other one go? I also have the box that gets bolted next to the break lines but don't know what to do with it past bolting it on with the ground wire. What do I do with the existing plugs & wires that are mounted near that area from the factory that also go up to the tank?

The alternator & fuse end of the kit is simple enough, but I am totally lost at that box & the plug ends by the tank. I know its probably simple, but I don't get it. Wiring & electrical have always been my weak point so please reply like I am 4 years old.

There is a "male" plug and a "female" plug on that end of the harness, shown on the left side of the picture. The Racetronix male plug goes into the back of the pump, while the factory harness plugs into the Racetronix female plug. The factory harness does not plug directly into the Racetronix pump, but rather the hotwire kit is used as a go-between.
I'm not sure about how the relay mounts onto the hole where the brake lines mount; maybe when I get under there this weekend I'll figure it out. I'm pretty sure that the relay ground wire mounts somewhere on the chassis near the relay. Be sure to sand off any paint where you mount them (paint ruins conductivity) and use the dielectric grease where the relay mounts.

Hmm, I think I get it, that also explains the mystery of the wiring at the box under the car I think. Thanks for the help, I could have spent a couple more days on this & not come up with that solution.

Ok, I think that the relay mounting bracket and the relay ground wire actually mount on the same bolt hole, the one that holds the brake lines. The ground wire should mount directly against the frame rail and the metal tab that the relay mounts to should go on top of that. Then finally the bracket holding the brake lines goes on top of the relay bracket and the bolt is tightened down.
