Help twin walbro in silverado ss
2004 silverado ss, sts turbo
Blew up last motor new motor low compression 402, bigger turbo, pro flow rails, 160#injectors, aeromotive regulator. From what i can tell my truck has no return line.
I have a few questions.
there is a sensor plugged in to the front of the intake that has a line that runs back to what im guessing is some type of charcoal canister witch them dumps back into the tank. What is it. Normally i would guess it would pull vacuum. It is located right behind the throttle body, so dose the air speed create mild boost normally (if my truck didnt have FI). Could this be a fuel regulator that adjust via manifold pressure?
Now in the sump tank I have one walbro already. now the dosnt appear to be room for a second. On the other side a fuel line comes in from the what i believe in a charcoal canister and goes into a cylinder larger that the fuel pump. What is it?
How do I set up the aeromotive fuel pressure regulator?
How do I run a return line/do I need one?
Goal on the new set up are between 800-900 FWHP
Any help is much appreciated Thanks
Sorry I dont know how to load photos for better understanding
