Need Siemens Deka Low Z 83 injector data (3105/FI11405)

I can get the car to idle stoich but some areas arent responding to the VE table changes. Any info at all would be appreciated, thanks.

I got them to idle pretty close to stoich but at the low pulse widths they just aren't perfectly stable. I have done a lot of searching and kept coming up with this just being a characteristic of these particular injectors.
