stock injector rating 
if you have stock ls1 injectors there are two sizes depending on the year. The 98-99 2001-up are 28 @ 58psi. @43.5 psi they are 24.
99-2000 are 26.6 rated at 58psi and 22 @43.5 psi

He means they are rated at 58psi. They are 28.8LB/HR at 58psi ; which at 43.5psi they are 24#/HR and an injector rated 26.6 @ 58psi is a 22# at 43.5psi

what year car do you have with what injectors?
