What company to go too to tune a TPI motor?

My friend has an 86 Camaro with a fresh built 383 stroker. Needs a tune now, what company would be best to go with?

look into the moates stuff or contact zz17iroc or look at thirdgen.org.

howell efi has always taken care of prom needs. I tell them what i have they send me a burnt chip
