Returnless LS6 intake setup on Return Style System...Possible
I bought a complete LS6 intake. Noticed the fuel rail only has one fitting on the passenger side. I assume that means that it is returnless. I was wondering how to make this work. Anyone succeded in this please chime in.
Car was originally a V6. Putting a 6.0 in with the LS6 intake. Going with some SS fuel line since I can't use the stock. Would be nice if I could get it all to work. Kinda on a budget right now.

I've used the fuel filter from a 99-02 Vette. It has a regulator built in, and a return. Worked with the factory V6 fuel lines. Kinda tough to see in the pic, but it's plugged directly into the rail

When I swapped my 97 LT1 to an 00 LS1 motor, I used the C5 corvette regulator also. Except instead of sticking that ugly sucker in the engine bay, it was mounted behind the driver side wheel, between the body and the wheel well liner. Then a stainless line coming from it..

I'm pretty sure the 3rd line you are talking about is the EVAP line. Mine was capped off with the EVAP eliminated in the PCM. You can see the vacuum cap on the EVAP port on the intake.
