fuel line return? yes, no? I am doing a LS1 swap into a 80' vette. The engine donor car is a 02' camaro SS. Trying to figure out how to fuel the engine. One article shows just a single line running to the engine with fuel pump from a 84' vette. Thinking of doing that but not sure.
Should I run a return line?
Also, does the 02 SS camaro have a return line setup?

It has a short return line back by the filter. I do a kit for swap cars with a short feed and return to a C5 Filter/Regulator then a single line to the rails. If planning any mods to the motor I would use a return line. Give me a call I can help you get what you need.
Check the section mentioned above and see how others have approached it. I use and recommend Walbro GSS340 in-tank fuel pump for LS1 applications, less current draw than most TPI pumps and makes 58psi without a problem.
Dead-heading your fuel pump is not a good idea. The '02 Camaro, I think, returns fuel at the in-tank assembly. Again, take a look at the other C3 swaps and you'll get good ideas.
