Oxygen Sensor Question I recently ordered some O2 sensors from GMPartsDirect off of their web catalog. When they arrived they were the AFS-75 sensors and the part number matched the catalog, but the connectors were different than the wiring harness that's from a '98 Camaro (I guess that's why they make you check that goofy acknowlegement before they let you into the catalog)
I took the sensors to the local dealer and he said the part they shipped me fits the LT1, some trucks, and the '97 -up Vette.
I'm modifying my harness anyway to shorten/lengthen the wires and the connectors to fit the headers for my sandrail, so the connector isn't a big deal and I'd just hardwire the sensors into the harness.
Can anyone tell me if this O2 sensor is going to work ok on the LS1?
Anyone know the color code on the AFS 75 sensor for ground, heater and sensor? Does the sensor have polarity in the way it should be hooked up?
