I bet Jack at Racetronix would flow both sets of injectors to help you out. Hit him with an email.

Onfire did you have to do anything to your bs3 harness? info is comming downhill from rx that the bs3 harness may not be appropriate for these injectors... they mentioned an oscilloscope

I have a lot of tools but i think that is asking a bit much for an injector swap

I put in a call to JM, Kurt Urban has never run into an issue with the injector harness.

"wish i actually ran at that much, my car is normally around 13.0 "

That's the only bothersome statement that I've read....still the 96's worked fine at that voltage...

I idle around 13.8 with a battery in the back. wot = 14.1

yep, and i had 160's that worked fine as well they were just too big for a reasonably stable street car putt around high vacuum idle

i wish i had 14v but i been thru 2 optimas and 4-5 alternators.. its just not in the cards for me

So the 120's and the 96's ran off the same VE table + - 5%......did you turn off the closed loop function? If you ran CL with the 120's , what was the CF?

We have contacted BS3 and tried to get some insight into your problem. Without scope data and BS3's cooperation there is very little chance of resolving your issue. According to BS3 their PCM uses a 3.8/1 amp P/H + side PWM driver. That is all the info they were able to offer.
