If I can get dimensions of the diameter then I will measure and see if it will fit and give it a whirl.

Have a sump right here in front of me. What measurements would you like?

The bulkhead is 120.6mm in diameter and the hole for the bucket is only 97.8 so you will need to cut the flange in two pieces to get it into the tank. I have yet to get a good measurement of the flat spot of the tank to see if it can be made to fit but i will the saturday when I take it over to a buddies house.

Its not really necessary to cut the ring in half. Just cut a notch out of one end and fish it in from the bottom.

I sumped my plastic tank, and been running it for 3 seasons know. Did it with a single -12AN fitting that came qith 2 o-rings. It was tricky i had to use a few different types of seales to make sure i didnt leak.
