Weird problem. would a hotwire kit fix this??? I have a 95 t/a that i swaped a ls1 in using a 97-98 vette fuel rail with the return line and regulator .I have a walbro 255
Problem is 1st start its at 52psi after warm up its @ 40psi and will drop below 20psi then come back up to 40. its pretty much all over the place. The voltage on the scanner is reading12.0-12.2.
Would a hot wire kit fix this??? the pump is a lil over a year old with not even 3000 miles on it

what do you mean voltage with a scanner? if you have checked the voltage with the key on engine off and the pump unplugged it try to back probe the wires with the pump plugged in. this tests the circuit under a load. you can have 12 volts with it unplugged and only one strand of wire connected. just my .02
