What's going wrong in my fuel system?

What's going wrong in my fuel system? Been kinda putting this off for a little while since it hasn't been a big deal but now I wanna know. In my formula, it takes a few cranks before it fires up, don't have to stop cranking, let it sit for a sec, then try again but I have to keep letting it crank for a few seconds before it will fire up. If I let the fuel pump prime and turn it over just as it stops priming, it fires right up. I've heard this is the fuel pressure regulator but also heard it could be a punctured line or maybe even the ignition cylinder? What do you guys think?
I tried, but without fuel pressure info, we are all wasting our time.
