So i just recently swap'd over my ls1 from my wrecked 98 Z into a 98 V6 now i kno the V6 has a return line to the gas tank from the fuel rail and when doing the swap i need a FPR for the extra return line since the V8 fuel system isnt like this so my question is what FPR whould be best for me and where can i get one from, local auto parts store??????

Why not swap the fuel line from the Z28
You can mod the lines near the fuel filter for a 99-04 corvette filter/regulator combo like most swap guys use or put the stock in-tank regulator from your 98 in
If you get lucky and find a 97-98 corvette fuel rail, those have a regulator built in along with feed/return so you'd change nothing
