Justin, thanks for letting us know about this thread. In regards to the issue of not overnighting your pump for free. We were fully willing to ship you out the pump via ground shipping for free, it was your choice to upgrade to the overnight shipping. We took the time on the phone to diagnose the problem with your pump and admitted that it maybe a problem with the pump we sold you. the 104.99 price on our pumps includes ground shipping and if you had paid for overnight shipping initially we would have shipped it overnight to you again. When it was determined that the pump was possibly faulty we offered to replace it immediately. Again we apologize for the position that you were in.

95batmobile. I say as long as you mail it back and get a refund for the pump, your straight

If they are willing to work with you on that, Id at least take that. That would be good customer service in my eyes.

alright someone tell me if im wrong, but ima try and to a diagram from the keyboard.

fuelpump---high pressure line-outlet of the gas tank-----------fuel filter--schrader valve-fuel rail---injectors----- regulator----return line---gas tank

got it right? so i have pressure out of the tank but not at the schrader valve.... so the onlything it can possibly be is a fuel filter?

could either be fuel filter or you have pinched line from when you re-installed the tank.

Put a manual gauge on the line between the pump and the filter and se if you are getting pressure that far. There is a fitting that will plug into the line and get you the correct end you need to check the pressure.

im guessing your talking about buying one of those T's that the guage hooks right into. i dont really have time to buy another part like that. im just gonna have to check everything by sight.
im gonna change the filter tonight so we will see if that helps

If the fuel filter doesnt work, your going to have to. Sometime modding can be a HUGGEE PITA!! its one of the risk you take. Some things sadly arent simple. Dont rush too much, ppl will help you figure this out, and fix it.

well did the fuel filter and checked for kinks... nothing, so we are gonna go tomorrow and disconnect the fuel filter and blow air from the line to the fuel rail and see if we can get any pressure on the guage.... if not then the problem is somewhere inbetween there
