Default Rails lose fuel pressure after sitting ?

After sitting from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning, my fuel rails lose pressure. I only recently found this out when removing the schrader valve from the rail to install the fuel side of my nitrous kit. (Pushed in the valve and no fuel came out, no "psssh" noise).

My best guess is either a leaky injector or the plumbing from my Walbro 340 install isn't holding the pressure.

Any ideas on things to look for or check ? Should I be worried ?

It's not a big problem but it has me kind of worried... I have been priming the rails by turning the key off/on a couple of times when it's been sitting.

BTW, no backfires or big plumes of black smoke at startup, so I don't think it's sitting in the chamber...
