Default Can a -6AN fuel system handle my plans?

I've been trying to search this out, but I haven't really come up with a good answer.

My plans are 346 LS1 bottom end, LS6 intake, either AI CNC 243 heads with their pick of cams or TEA Stage 2 CNC 243 heads with an EPS cam, ported TB, re-sized injectors from FIC, Bosch 044 pump, Corvette regulator (which is 3/8")

I can either upsize the whole fuel system to -8AN except the discharge piece of the vette regulator. It will be a bit more cobbled up to go -8AN, but I will do it if it necessary. If the -6AN from tank to fuel rails will work, I will leave it that way.

Any thoughts?
