Default In-line or In-tank Fuel Pump?

I noticed today that my fuel pressure gauge on the injector rail was reading 50psi at idle. Should I be concerned? If so, which pump should I get?

Ditto. Walbro 340. Maybe add a hot wire kit, and a voltage booster for a top notch setup.

Yes add a Walbro GSS340M intank pump and a hot wire kit. We keep these pumps instock $110.00. Will support your car to 600-700HP.

Definately get an intank. They're cheaper and better

How about when you have to use an external fuel pump? What would you recommend in that format? I am putting an LS1 in my Porsche 911, and can't put an intank, in the tank.

Who would you recommend as a good retailer for the bosch pump?

Nate

How much would it support with the volt booster as well. I have all three.. Walbro 340, Hotwire Kit, and volt booster. I am talking RWHP. I have a friend who is running 600 to 710rwhp with the walbro 340 and hotwire kit with no problems. Rumor is you can run a universal fuel pressure regulator off the fuel rail and you will be able to support even more horsepower. Is this true?

Friend has a Walbro 340 as an external inline pump. It's VERY LOUD. Very annoying. I would avoid doing an inline pump after hearing how loud it was. In tank is the way to go.

I added a inline to my setup and it wasn't enough and yes it is somewhat loud. I have since added a intank and left the inline. I would get a intank if I had to do it over and not the inline.
