how to run fuel lines?
I'm a complete noob when it comes to fuel systems I got a set of fast rails and a dual walbro kit I'm gonna install with one on a Hobbs switch but I keep hearing i will need bigger lines and a rail mounted regulator cause I will be close to 800 with my d1 370 combo. Question is how do I run new lines and mount the regulator and where can i get them? Also I see two types of regarding a regular one and a boost refrenced one whats the diff. Any help is much appreciated!

The boost referenced regulator operates on pressure from the turbo.
A regular one operates on manifold vacuum. The stock Camaro fuel lines are quite capable of supporting 800 hp using two Walbro pumps.

I'd use a boost referenced regulator.
When you add boost below the injectors, if you don't match that boost with fuel pressure, they effectively become smaller during boost, and you need to run longer pulsewidth to fire them...in some cases what seems like huge injectors may then not be enough...it also adds complexity to to the tune.
A boost reference matches the boost in the intake manifold with the exact same amount of fuel pressure, which keeps the pressure across the injector constant...making them maintain a constant size/flow rate...this helps you get away with not running an overly massive injector, and makes the tune less complex.

You might as well go ahead and get a complete line kit since you'll more than likely upgrade later on as we all do. Give Nate @ Nasty Performance a call and he'll set you up with everything you need. You will mount the fuel pressure regulator on the return side rail, normally people use the passenger side as the return and driver as feed. Line size your lookin at 8-10an both sides.
