Default Running E85 on N/A 403 stroker ?'s

Ok im about done with my motor and im going to be close to 12:1 compression i think ill be good with just running 92 Octane but im really interested in converting to E85 seeing as its a better fuel and higher octane and since i already have to get a bigger pump and injector with the new motor i figured this would be the time to switch over.

Setup:
-403 callies stroker 6.0
-SRP flat top pistons 11.3:1 with a 66cc head
-tick performance polluter cam 242/242 610/612
-ported and polished 241 heads
-LS6 intake w/ stock TB for now

now i hurd a few guys getting HORRIBLE gas mileage switching over to E85 just running N/A if anyone has experience with converting over running N/A do you like it? what are your thoughts please?? im really on the fence right now LOL im leaning towards switching to E85 but if im going to get 8-10 miles a gallon im not going to do it.

for my next question if i do convert over what size pump and injector should i run?
and the same for if i run 92 what pump/injectors??

appreciate the help fellas

I am running E85 all the time. its been about 2 years now. yes MPG will drop about 40% but it doesnt bother me.

I am running the 400LPH in-tank pump with Fast 80# injectors. I am at 14.0 compression. this is on an 07 C6 Z06. 615whp

I would recommend the 450LPH the new pump from walbro that is E85 compatible if you can use it.

this probably doesnt help coz it wont fit I believe....

i've been running e85 for a couple years now and i love it. its fine for daily driving but your mileage will suffer. i get around 12mpg on my 402 procharged engine but well worth it in power gains. it also doesn't burn as dirty as unleaded so carbon build up is a not an issue.

on FI applications you will see a great amount of gains due to being able to run more boost and timing!!!

with your set up you should be able to run 93. Mine cranks 210 and is 11.6 and I have not seen any issues. Just keep the timing in check and you will be fine

SCR doesn't mean much without knowing your VE. You might not knock on pump gas or you might knock on 98 oct. Really depends on how your motor handles the compression. But as said before, you'll need a ton more fuel and your mpg will drop a lot. How readily available is E85 where you live and drive?

An alternative to running E85 is get a meth kit running off your MAP sensor voltage. Then cool it down it with a diluted alky mix when needed. Has its pros and cons like everything else but its an option. Pump gas cruising and under low load then it'll spray progressively more as MAP and load increase.

Thanks for the input guys i think im gonna go ahead and stay with the pump gas and run 93 cuz i would like to take the car on small road trips and want to be able to get decent milage plus e85 isnt around a whole lot of stations where im at... with that said what pump/injector size should i look at running?
