Car has not been started in two or three years
There is a 2000 SS Camaro in my neighborhood that has been sitting for Three years. It was started two years ago and i'm sure it has not been started since then. With the old, ( bad gasoline ) what damage has occurred and what needs to be done to get this car running. Would more damage occur by trying to start it with the old fuel in it ? Location is New York City. Thanks

Don't start it. Drop the tank, clean it, replace the pump. Replace the filter, blow out the lines, change oil and filter, B4 trying to start it.
The injs may be gummed up to the point they must be cleaned. I'd take them out, use some Seafoam and wash them out the best you can, and try to start it. The best bet would be to have them cleaned.
A little shot of oil in each cyl wouldn't hurt, since it's set w/ some of the valves open, and may have some surface rust on the walls. While the plugs are out, spin it over and see if you get oil psi.
