Default Fuel Level Sending Unit --> Am i good

Wanted to double check with those that have might have gone through this procedure before, going to be replacing my sending unit soon and wanted to make sure i have what i need as far as parts go. When i bought the car a few months ago it came with a unit (below). Thanks

As far as this piece, my pup got a hold of it for a second, is it usuable? You can see he chewed on it at the top

What car/MY/engine are you installing it in?
What p/n fuel module is it? There should be a sticker on the flange, and/or on the box.

Its for a 02 ls1, I never received a box, the previous owner of the car gave me the unit as is, I just wanted to make sure I had everything before the install, seems like this might be a rough job

What is the p/n on the sticker on the top of the flange? Should start with an FG, E, P or MU.
And you are going to need a new filter sock as well, so once you find out what P/N your module is, and if it is the right one for your car, you can hopefully find the new filter sock that will mate with your module.
