in tank regulator bad ?

Default in tank regulator bad ?

i just put a racetronix fuel pump in and im only getting35-40 psi

do u think this is the in tank regulator, and at this pressur will it cause the car to not stay running

Did you have low fuel pressure BEFORE swapping in the new pump?

the old pump didnt work at all, why i put the ractronix in, at first i had 0 ps1, then took the regulator out the tank cleaned it put it back in now its at 35-40

will this low of fuel pressure casue it not to run ?
