Most tuners believe its when you get to 85% duty cycle.

yes with your future set up you will need to upgrade your fuel pump and and injectors, i would up grade to a racetronix pump and 42 lbs injectors so that you have some extra room to upgrade even more if youd like or start using nitrous
i beileve once you start hitting 375 rwhp you should up grade your fuel system. when your done with your build your probably looking at about 440 rwhp, very important you get a dyno tune and not just rely on a mail order tune

like TA Tom said 85% IDC

make sure to buy injectors you can get full characterization for , I would search around on hp tuners forum to get a good feel for that as there is some debate on the subject

if you dont have a scanner/tuner find someone local who does and get it scanned , make sure injector duty cycle is one of the parameters being logged and run it up to full rpm and see what the max duty cycle is.

with all your mods I would at this point be even more concerned with what your actual air fuel ratios are at WOT on a wideband , your canned tune is by a reputable company but every car is different , run at different temps ,altitudes , state of tune etc...they can only do so much without the actual car.

Even if you dont want to learn to tune it having a scanner/tuner and a wideband is valuable , you can scan the car and send your scan & tune to your mail order tuner and they can adjust your tune accordingly , e mail you the new tune and you just need to load it
