Right now I am running a race pump in the 2002 tank. I think it is 255lpm IIRC. I have a little over 400 RWHP thru a 12bolt and a4. It last dynod around 405 RWHP, but I have done a few things since then so I think it may be a little higher now. I am wanting to convert to E85.

-Would getting a hotwire get be good enough or do I need a second pump?

-I have SVO red top injectors. I will have to see what my duty cycle is, but I imagine I will need to upgrade them. What do you suggest? Green tops?

-Is the fuel rail OK stock?

-Anything else I am missing

You could get away with the 255 for now, I was making about 440whp on a single. Get 65# injectors from a sponsor, stock lines and fuel rail are fine.

E85 single 255 with all stock stuff. I had the red tops as well, my duty cycle was 130% at 5500 rpm I was making around 440whp at 5600 or so and shifted at 6000. Afr's were up to 13.5

Thanks for the info. It sounds like I need some upgrades.
