Throttle body twitching/ clicking

Throttle body twitching/ clicking Hi, I have a Fast 92 on my ls3 intake. I'm working on getting the car moving and I've noticed that whenever the battery is connected my throttle body makes a ticking or clicking sound as though a small motor is moving something. I can't see anything moving, but it sounds like something is fidgety, for lack of a better term. Curious if anyone has any thoughts as to what it might be.
I read on nastyz28 that someone had a similar issue (his car wouldn't run either) and he said after unplugged something related to his trans it worked -http://www.nastyz28.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2334476&postcount=38
I'm using the holley hp efi and a 'dumb' trans, so his fix won't work for me. My tps does work, as I can see it move on the computer when I press the gas pedal.
