Fuel cutoff

I've been dinking with my '99 vette all day and trying to figure out why my fuel pump will not energize.
No power to fuel pump relay. Jumped the 2 switched relay terminals and the fuel pump runs.
Is there any kind of emergency cutout switch on this car? Any other ideas what the problem may be?
Yes, the fuse is good.

well seeing that you jumped the terminals and it WORKED then the problems lies in the relay itself

Nope. No ground to the relay. If I provide the ground the pump runs.
Something in the system is not completing the ground.

I've recently been researching this system too. Found very little info. Would be very interested in wiring diagram of the fuel pump circuit. Good luck keep us informed.
