Default Racetronix pump question for a 98 camaro

bout to put a new rear in my camaro as an upgrade and figured why im there it wouldnt be a bad idea to upgrade my factory 125,xxx mile pump either and clean up my metal tank. Looking to go the Racetronix route for the 98 car part numbers FPA-002 (pump) and FPWH-002 (Hotwire) so hoping thats right. please let me know if its not. The pump says it comes with a new sock but i believe its the one for inside the pump bucket. If i remember correctly there is another outside the pump where it filters the fuel as it sucks it into the pump. is this correct? I see they sell a sock on the site but it doesnt clarify what it is and wanted to know if I need to order that as well. seems a waste to not replace it while im there. Please chime in.Thanks

Fpa-002 and fpwh-002 are correct for your metal tank 98. When I did mine only one filter was used if I remember correctly.
