Fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator?

Default Fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator?
I just bought some Holley LS1 fuel rails for my Camaro a little while ago. When I get to installing the fuel rails, do I need to buy a fuel pressure regulator before I install the rails. I know the factory fuel rails have some kind of pressure regulator built in.

2001 Chevy Camaro SS 6-speed. I just bought the car and it has some small things done to it like a small cam and whatever else I need to look at.
