Default Help with AN fuel rail/nitrous sizes, pretty noob question

So I've been wanting to install my new fuel rail but honestly have no clue when it comes to AN fittings and their sizes. I'm hoping someone can tell me exactly what I need to go from the stock fuel line on my 2000 SS to the rail, I would like to throw a cheap fuel pressure gauge on the end of it and I also need it to feed into my fuel solenoid for my nitrous set up. I took some pics so you can see if it needs a -4AN or whatever. I've also seen those $15 eBay fuel line adapters I'm assuming I need.

That's an architect scale but those are inches on top.

what fuel rail is that? also the factory fuel rail size is 3/8 quick disconnect. so the adapter you will need is a 3/8 to a -6an.

Thanks, I honestly have no idea. It came as part of a big intake package I bought here on tech a while back. It's a ported LS6 with direct port nitrous.
