Trap Door for fuel pump

Hey guys, I just wanted to know if anybody has done the trapdoor for a fuel pump yet? I would like to do this myself I just don't have any specific measurements for it. I have a 1996 firebird ws6 with a steel fuel tank.

Plenty of people have done the trap door mod..

Here's a pic of mine (98 steel tank)

Should be the same or similar as yours

Cut very shallow or youll hit the harness.
