I do not know what it's properly called, but my Pro
Products setup came with a standard-GM-feed to
pipe thread fitting. From there you'd just have to
adapt up to the regulator inlet, and get the blowoff
outlet back to the tank.
Probably can find the item on their web site, or at
places like Jeg's & Summit although you'd have to
wade through more chaff.
What I've thought a lot about, is repurposing the
filter-T-block to motor run as the return (union
to the block-to-tank), add a new fatter forward run
(because why not fatter?) which ought then to end
in a flare union to "whatever". Remove the regulator
from the tank and let the modified return line just dump.
This I think is the lowest cost, just need the forward
line and misc fittings, most of the undercar lines can
stay in place.

The fitting that connects your current fuel rail to the fuel line is a 3/8 quick connect I believe. Male on the rails, and female on the factory fuel line. That is what it is on other LS fuel rails I've dealt with. Aeromotive makes a fitting for this 027-15121. It inserts in between your fuel line and rails. It has a port you can run a line from, to your regulator, then from the bottom of your regulator back to the tank. I hope this helps.
