We are offering the Walbro fuel pumps installed in a sender ready to drop in your tank. We will require a good working core as an exchange. It will be just a day or 2 turnaround time if you send in your sender or we can get one out to you you do the swap and send in your old one. Prices include pumps.
Single Walbro pump installed $250.00+core
Dual Walbro pumps installed $400.00+core
Single Walbro installed w/-8 bulkhead $290.00+core
Dual Walbro installed w/-8 bulkhead $440.00+core
Or save purchase a complete fuel system for discounts.
Have a great day
Thanks Nate

I would like a Walbro 340 setup just like this. Id like it set up for an external regulator but so that I can just hook it up and go. So basically what I am asking is- How much for the pump setup, regulator, and all necessary lines to do this? Oh and also, do you sell the access panel for the fuel pump as I'd like one of these too. The car is my daily driver so I would need the parts first, then send you my core. The car is a 2000 WS6 Convertible M6. Thanks, Sam
So if we used the -8 fitting we could then use our stock line as the return right? How much would you guys charge for the regulator line from back to front of car and the fuel pump (single) with fitting? Man these are gonna sell like hotcakes to anybody who has not done the walbro swap yet. Nate seems like you are always pushing the envelpope fuel wise for us guys. Keep up the good work and thanks.

I can get you a complete list of parts and prices. Send me an email I can not send pic files through here. Ya if you wanted to use an external regulator we could use your stock feed as the return. You would need our fuel rails, reg, -8 line, filter, fittings....
Shoot me an email and we will get this going for you guys.
Thanks Nate

This is GREAT! This is essentially what I did to my 98.
You guys are very lucky to have someone willing to try to accomodate you with this. I turned the 2nd pump on with a hobbs switch and relay. You don't have both running all the time, do you?
Good work!

We do set them up to run both pumps. It has been very difficult to tune with the Hobs style switch. The LS1 likes to have a steady fuel supply for tuning. But we could do it any way you like.

I have both mine kick in at zero boost, that way it minimizes the WOT tuning issue, but allows one pump to run at cruise. The trade-off is you heat the gasoline more with two pumps churning constantly, not to mention wearing out two pumps at the same rate. With one coming on only when needed, you can alternate workload over time to make them last longer.
Is there a single fuel pump that will fit in the sender that would flow better than a single or dual Walboro 340, such as the 420L Bosch??? I like the idea of a single pump instead of two.
I currently have a Wlaboro 340GSM intank, Hotwire kit, and voltblaster on my car. I have a 382 stroker, and am putting on a wet nitrous kit (starting with 150 and going to a single stage 200 or 250 eventually). I am not too worried with the 150 shot, but with the 200+ worries me a little bit. I would like to use a single pump instead of dual due to heating the fuel and problems with using dual pumps. Would a boost-a-pump be enough for this type of setup? I am putting about 460 to the wheels and the same torque (built A4 with loose stall, unlocked). I should be around 600 rwhp with a 150 shot.
What do you think?
ALso, how much for you kit with a single, but set up for dual so I can reuse my almost new Wlaboro 340???
Thanks

They say you can use the 420L in the tank but I have never seen it done. I do think it is a bit large as well. All of what you have if you set it up for -8an feed line and a external regulator you may be able to get the 700-750 rwhp out of the single but it would be close.
I would rec. either the 2 Walbro pumps with still a complete -8 lines...or a complete external pump system. Or a separate small fuel system for just the Nitrous then you could run race gas in the separate cell.
The dual Walbro setup - the one pump would be $330.00
Send me an e-mail with anymore questions and I can get you a list of parts for the fuel systems.
Thanks Nate
