Default Fuel Pump and Injector Sizing

In process on the new build. Car is 2011 Camaro with TR6060, LPE 4.10 rear diff. Engine is an NA ERL Superdeck 427 with 11.5 compression, Tony Mamo ported TFS 255 heads. The car is 50% street duty and 50% road course work and eventually a Mojave Mile run thrown in. Goal is 550 RWHP nice wide torque band. Shifting around 6500 with a redline of 7000. I am adding the ZL-1 fuel pump but trying to stay with the stock injectors. Am I good or is this going to stretch them too far? Figuring since it is staying NA I need a little less volume and pressure than the boosted guys. My gut tells me I should be good. Thoughts?

You should have more than enough pump. I'd run a 50lb/hr gm injector. Like GM#12609749 or GM# 12613412 or even ls9(52.5lb). The ls3 might work at a very high duty cycle. But the 50+ is your best bet.

$50 each on the LS9. I could step up to some flow matched Deatschwerks for less than $100 more. Really trying not to go that route though as the budget is kore than tapped out. Not willing to destroy a motor leaning it out though if I am on the ragged edge. Damn this car building habit!

Thanks for the reply.

Did you look at prices for the other 2? You can have them flowed and match them yourself and be less than $50/each.

$23-$28 a piece. Better and they are flex fuel compatible which might be nice if I move to E85 down the road. Suggestions on flow matching and where to get the stock calibration data for EFI Live? Thanks.

FIC will clean and flow them for $10 - $15. Then you just have to group them bank to bank and decide which cylinder gets which injector. I can hook you up with the calibration data once you figure out which set you're going with.

Going to search around for the best deal a bit. Thanks for the info. If I end up getting them I'll drop you a line about the calibration data.
