Default Should I redo my fuel lines?

Car was going to be a big turbo car but plans changed and it's going nitrous. I ran a -12 feed and a -10 return from the stock 2001 tank up. Now I'm wondering if it'll be too much and if it'll hurt me. Car is a 408 making right above 500rwhp and it'll be on a 200-250 shot. I also have a stand alone in the engine bay on a switch for nitrous. Thanks
