Ok, so adding an inline pump will not be too difficult.

Your intake: depending on the year it could be return, or return less.
That will be the next issue to solve.

You have a harness and a pcm.
Has the harness been cleaned up?
You can do it yourself, or send it off to be done.
Just depends on your time and patience.

I have done them before, but now I prefer to have it done. The guy I use does a much better job than I did.

Basically map out what wires you want and which you don't.
2/3s of them usually go away. (Tranny, rear 02s, emissions)
You then consolidate grounds and power.

Lastly: do you have hptuners or a tuner near by?
A tune is going to cost you 200 and up based on what all you need.

i don't have a harness and my current intake has return style rails.

Well crap. You need to get a harness. Hit the local junk yard. Much cheaper than buying a custom one.
