Default Evap related fuel leak, HELP!

98 Trans am, new issue as of yesterday. Was driving to the store, parked, shut engine off and gas starts leaking out of the evap vent valve (above rear end)...get it towed home and take a closer look at the valve and it is cracked. I replaced it, started the car, no leak. I check the purge solenoid by the intake and it is drawing fuel from the line and dumping it into the intake. So I then shut the car off and fuel comes spewing from the vent valve in the rear AND the now disconnected evap line in the engine bay. Any ideas? failed pressure regulator causing overpressure?

The car has a racetronix setup with hotwire that was installed about 2k ago. I have had zero issues until yesterday.

I need this vehicle running since my other (DD) is also down....
