Please help me understand injector sizing and regulators

Hey there- I am putting a 6.0 LQ4 in my AMC Gremlin. I am going to use a Bosch 044 pump that is fed from a sumped fuel cell. I am going to use an LS1 intake and aluminum 317 heads with a stock48 custom turbo cam. Using a y2004k gt45 turbo charger with meth injection. Probably run e85 but don't want to be committed to it as gas is a lot easier to come by. Are 80 lb ls1 style Siemens deka about right or should I go bigger or smaller? Planning on a non boost referenced c5 corvette filter regulator setup at first unless I can find a really good deal on a used boost referenced regulator.

You haven't said what your goals are.
A carb regulator won't work, it won't give you enough fuel pressure.
The stock rail mounted LQ4 regulator will work fine.
Look up injector differences. There are a few different lengths. You can use a longer injector with spacers, but you won't be able to make a shorter one work without buying adapters.
