Went to are track day yesterday drove the car there no noise ran great etc. Shut off the car prep the car ready etc. Go to turn it on to get in the staging lane it hesitated tried to give it gas and it got boggy, then finally it idled but had a tick I thought I was an exhaust tick... I said oh well clamp came losse maybe made a pass and it was horrible to me 11.5 @119 1.666 sixty. Go back to the pits open hood and I swear it was ticking and knocking so hard I thought I collapsed a lifter or a rocker gave on the passagnger side . So I truck the valve cover no knocking or metal on metal wierd. So I start to unplug each injector on the passanger side and sure enough very last one I unplugged noise went away.

Let me know your thoughts on this

Sounds more like you've an exhaust leak on that cylinder.

Negative I drove the car to the track perfectly fine no noise no issues. Yesterday when I pulled the rail got injector had a piece of deteriorating o ring inside it.

Very weird for it to be so loud !

And how did a piece of o-ring get inside the injector ? Or was this an internal part or something ?

What injectors ?

Used bosch gtp 36# but there 42# on ls fuel pressure.

It was the top o ring on the injector that goes into the rail.
