Default Fuel pump no power help

99 Camaro has a racetronix with hotwire, It was all working fine it sat a month or so then when I tried to set the regulator I turned the key and nothing. I checked to make sure my harness was plugged in on pass kicker panel(I have done that before) it was plugged in. Checked grounds cleaned them re grounded the grounds I could find. Not sure which ones are actually for the pump. Still no power to the pump, I am getting power to the sending unit for gas gauge but it is not working. I have checked the fuses under the hood and the relays in those boxes, Is there a relay or fuse or ground I could be missing that isn't obvious? Any input or help is appreciated.. thanks

Yeah it is getting power to the relay from the hotwire kit. But the power from the stock wiring is not there to activate the relay.

Pull the plugs out of the PCM, and take a look.

This does happen sometimes. run an external ground wire from the case of the computer to a good ground, should fix it
