Default bottom aluminium fuel tank nipples

Ok, so i have a new aluminium aftermarket fuel cell mounted in the bed of my C10. I am going to be mounting my fuel lines for the 5.3 and i have two nipples on the bottom and one nipple on the top. The one on the top i have as a vent and was planning to do one of the two on the bottom as a feed line and other as the return line. Is this correct?
Thanks for your time to respond.

I'm not sure how you are running your vent but I usually run a braided line from the vent down under the vehicle so no fuel or fumes end up inside the trunk/bed and if tragedy strikes and you do end up on your lid little if any fuel will leak, Or use a rollover valve. ( I used them when I raced and in open area's where fumes aren't an issue)

The vent line goes to a fuel filter then out to ground under the truck.
