Default 210lb injectors pump gas

My goal is 1000WHP out of a LQ9 twin VSRACING 63/76. Do you think the 210lb bosch injectors are to big for pump gas? I was looking at the 160lb bosch injectors but everyone says they have problems with them so I was looking at the 210lb from bosch. I will be running 93 octane with water/meth injection on the street.

Thanks ahead of time.

Make you a good deal on some FID1300's, have less then 100 miles on them. Pm me if interested!

I think 210's is a ton of injector for pump gas

Forcefed86 told me that people are idling them on pump gas cars even on the 5.3 so I would imagine you will be okay on a 6.0 setup. Keep in mind if there is a 3-5 % flow difference (typical of off the shelf injectors before matching them), this equates to huge AFR variance especially at low pulsewidths. Give them a shot and let us know

Be more specific about which injector people are not happy with, and what you want. There are many options.

Good quality 2000cc injectors controlled by a good ecu should not pose any real problem for you.

Of course if you only want 1000hp, WTF do you need 2000cc injectors for ?

Looking into these for a twin turbo setup using a Holley Terminator ecu on 91 for Street driving, but e85 for track use.

You do not need 2200cc (210lb) injectors for your set up!

A 1200cc-1300cc injector would work great for you on pump gas & leave you room for growth as well.

Depends:

Pump gas/E85/What?

800 at the crank?
80lbs will get you there even with E85.

I'm currently around 800 at the tire with 80lbs on pump gas. 92% duty

92% isn't the end of the world but max duty cycle for safety reasons would be at 90%. Maybe 1000cc injectors would be perfect for your setup.
