With the flex fuel sensor (also needs PCM and calibration), you would be running the correct amount of fueling (wrt to cylair/VE/MAF), this has more priority than concerns about making more/less power.

I have no clue, i'm new gathering information looking for the best way to do this. I'm buying and pulling a motor tomorrow morning.

2008 LMF 5.3 - stock 799 heads, 4th gen internals, computer and harness $400 USD not a bad price? (high miler tho 200k miles) "I will be freshening it up"
