Fuel/evap canister issue

Fuel/evap canister issue
Ok, i thought pump was breaking up and throwing small debris into gas I took sample from Schrader valve on rail. Don't think it was the issue. I replaced the 3in of hose off the canister at time of new pump assembly. Can bad canister throw charcoal into gas and clog injectors? Since all fuel lines are plastic or metal? I took old pump out and dumped gas out from inside pump and had small sand grain size debris i got from Schrader valve sample. Still getting that micro size debris after new pump so only thing i can think is the evap canister throwing small charcoal pieces into fuel. But how? Or did i get crap gas that had this debris in it and I'm still not rid of it?
Also, since new oe crap oversea made pump assembly, I've noticed an idle issue i can't seem to put my finger on. Idles tad high here n there, i just know from hearing it as its not acting normal.
HELP PLEASE.
Thx in advance

There should be NO way for the canister to put debris into the fuel. In fact there should be NO way for liquid gas to get into the canister at all. If it's plumbed correctly, that is.

Not true. It happens when you overfill your tank. Charcoal gets gas soaked, prevents proper venting, and you get the gas spitting back out at you at the pump. Best thing is just removed the damn thing. I have 3 vehicles with it gone and ZERO gas fumes or any other issues.

Vent valve is the evap valve at the tank and is a normally open valve. If it isn't open the tank won't vent and allow the air to come out and fuel to come in.
