Default Leaking injectors?

I have a Fast 102 intake with Fast fuel rails and Siemens Deka 60lb injectors. I removed the injectors and had them cleaned. Now I cant get the back two injectors to stop leaking on the drivers side. I had them fixed for a few weeks and then they started leaking again. They are leaking from the top. I have the over size o-rings from Fast. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks.

Once the o-ring is pinched or crushed it will never recover so you have to replace them. Make sure you use silicone when putting them on. Ace Hardware has some crazy good stuff I like use on very tight fits, but dielectric grease is a lot cheaper and works great.

I've done all that several times. I think I'm gonna try to alter the brackets to get the rail to sit down farther on the injector.

With the above mentioned, did you check to see if the injectors wiggled while clamped down between the rail and manifold?

They don't wiggle but I can move them up and down. From what I've read that is normal though.

Makes sense, as long as the O-rings seal. I would think, however, that the up and down movement is VERY short, or almost imperceptible. Too much and it would still leak.

The injectors should move smooth, but slow and up and down movement is best to be kept to minimum. However, as long as the o-ring doesn't reach the edge of the boss it shouldn't leak and I haven't had one leak sticking to the limit. I have to ask if the fuel rail is square with the injector boss in the intake. If the rail isn't in line the o-ring ends up having the seal and ellipse which it's not designed to do.

Check the chamfer on the rail bores. "Sum Ting Wong" may have added "extra" chamfer.
Also, look at the hole walls for rough finish. If they got some rough finish, that will allow a leak. BTDT.

I slotted the mounting holes so the rail would sit down further on the injectors and it hasn't leaked yet. Hopefully it stays that way.

Usually for me the leak in the first 10 minutes or hold, so hopefully you have it.

Get rid of the fast rails and buy some different ones where the injectors fit better. Im a fan on these

After having a couple sets of leaky fast rails i was very pleased with how snug they fit in these
