Fast intake
If those names are cast into the plastic, they're likely the real deal. And being Wilson is part of the name, it's an old one. Nowadays I believe only FAST is cast into it.
You've either got the FAST 78 or Fast 90. Below was taken from another post, but it explains how to identify them. Or just measure the opening.
"The fast 78 uses the stock style 3 bolt throttle body. The 90 and 92 use the 4 bolt throttle body. And the 92 will say 92mm beside the lettering FAST on the top of the manifold."

Wow good info here... I bought a FAST intake/NW throttle body combo late last season and installed it... "Wilson" is cast into the manifold so I knew it was older but it was marketed to me as a 92mm combo. There is no 92mm stamped into the casting... Must be a 90mm then.. that sucks, especially since I bought a 92mm plate for it... maybe explains why it sounds like a shop vac is under my hood constantly... I checked and re-checked the manifold for leaks couldn't find any...maybe it's at the plate! Fuel trims seem to be fine at idle but at WOT it goes pig rich.

Fast intakes are loud. Also, bigger TBs IAC port holes sound like a vacuum cleaner when they are open. The solution is to limit the air going through them. Crack the blade just a hair so less air is required through the IAC port. If they are loud all the time its way off. If its loud at crank up but quiets as the engine warms its close.

Yep, its actually super common. You can tell cars with the blade slammed shut and all the idle air going through IAC, they are god awful loud. Almost hurts your ears.
If it’s sitting there idling, and warmed up to about operating temp, I’ll go pop the hood and crack the blade open a little obviously engine noise will rise, but if the shop vac suction noise sort of diminishes that’s an easy way to check if it’s just the IAC right?
