Default Plumbing fuel lines

Hey guys, I would like all y'alls input on how you plumbed your fuel systems. I will be retro swapping a 6.0l LQ9 into a 1971 Camaro. I am thinking about using factory type rigid steel or s/s 3/8" line from tank to the firewall and then plumb up to the engine with s/s braided line with -6AN fittings to the fuel rail. Anyone use the "push-lok" type hose systems? pro's or con's What did y'all do? Thanks

I used it on my entire LSA Yukon Denali build... Works great. They are hard to get on but well worth it. Very clean and hold 250-300psi depending which hose you use. Use a hardline to AN fitting and it will hold well more than the 100psi of a fuel system. I don't suggest the adapters with plastic inserts. Use SWAGLOK if you want to be trouble free or adapters without plastic, metal only.

Russell push locks for me. I ran the Russell fuel injection hose along the same passenger side frame rail that GM used and anchored it with Adel clamps. I wrapped the Russell hose with plastic wire loom as protection first, then anchored it with the Adel clamps.

Thanks for the replys guys. Why isn't anyone using the "original style" AN fittings ? I am leaning towards using the old school stuff. Can anyone talk me out of it?
