Plumbing fuel lines

Plumbing fuel lines Hey guys, I would like all y'alls input on how you plumbed your fuel systems. I will be retro swapping a 6.0l LQ9 into a 1971 Camaro. I am thinking about using factory type rigid steel or s/s 3/8" line from tank to the firewall and then plumb up to the engine with s/s braided line with -6AN fittings to the fuel rail. Anyone use the "push-lok" type hose systems? pro's or con's What did y'all do? Thanks

Russell push locks for me. I ran the Russell fuel injection hose along the same passenger side frame rail that GM used and anchored it with Adel clamps. I wrapped the Russell hose with plastic wire loom as protection first, then anchored it with the Adel clamps.
