Default Fuel Injectors stay in Intake?

I removed my intake and took fuel rail off. The fuel injectors stayed in the fuel rail. So now my question is, do I put injectors back in manifold, then put fuel rail over them and tighten down the bolts to hold all in place?

As of now one injector fell out of fuel rail. I cant get it to 'stay' in the fuel rail.

Since they're attached only with O-rings, either way works as long as all O-rings fully seat in the rail or manifold.

My injectors have "C" shaped clip / clamps. Is your loose injector missing the clamp?

ok so I have a 8 new o rings which i thought were for the injectors where they go into the intake manifold. I just saw they have another o ring where it connects to the fuel rail. Is this o ring the same for both sides of the injector?

there is 8 metal rings I took off...those go on the fuel rail side of injector?

the one injector that fell out i had to get that o ring out of fuel rail. I suppose i can put it back on injector and use and then only replace o rings on intake side of injector?

If the O-rings are all the same size, it does not matter. Other wise it should be obvious. If they are different sizes, match the new ones to the old ones.
The metal rings go back where they came from. Didn't you see where they came from?
