Default New build low on power, getting to much gas!

I have a 97 T/A with Le2 heads, ported intake, 36lbs injectors, lunati cam and components. Full Bolton car but lack the power it should have. I'm thinking it's getting to much gas. Could this be my problem? Any suggestions will help.

Is it blowing black smoke? What is the wideband showing? Have you dyno'd it? And what are LE2 heads? If they are actually LS2 heads your compression is way down, LS2 heads have bigger chambers than the LS1 or LS6 heads.

Not sure what the wideband and haven't had it dyno'd. I have the LT1 with Lloyd Elliot stage 2 heads. It has a mail order tune from Ed Wright.

LT1?? So it's Gen II, not Gen III. Old-style cast iron smallblock. Get the ignition checked out, as it's the biggest PITA on that engine.
