Default I have an eight pin throttlebody LS1 ?

I have an 8 pen throttlebody connector that doesn't fit my L 92 truck throttlebody, which also has an eight pin connector, is there an adapter plug or a connector in which I can swap the pins and are the pins in the same order?

Well for starters, LS1 and L92 use completely different throttle bodies - even the bolt pattern is different - not sure how you expected them to swap.

Check with Caspers and see if there isn't an adapter harness for that

Google Caspers Electronics. They have a bunch of different wiring adapters.
